Ensuring that customers get a great service in any retailing environment is not actually very simple. You need the right equipment so that the communication channels are open between colleagues in an on-going basis and less than perfect reliability in this area will cost customers. VueText LED display screens comprise of two separate components, is cost effective (even for large stores) and is easy to use. But there are other advantages such as improving the efficiency of staff, improving performance levels and of course improving the quality of service that is customer facing.
Firstly, the VueText LED screen or 'display' is large enough to be easily read from some distance, it comes in two sizes (medium and large) and can display two or four lines of text (settable by programming). The display can be programmed to 'rotate' messages for a set period and then automatically delete the message, or it can be set so that the message can be manually deleted. Messages are transmitted to the VueText unit from a paging communications system which comprises of part two of the whole solution. We also have other systems that can communicate with the LED screen displays directly.
The communication system does not have to utilise pagers either! But if you need colleague messaging as well as customer communication then you might include them as they add considerable value to the whole solution at an affordable additional option.
It is possible to use multiple VueText LED displays on-site in retailers so that separate areas can easily be included and operational as one autonomous messaging solution to customers or as separate specific messaging for different areas or zones of the business. Importantly, the installation only needs a mains outlet and fixing to a prominent wall.
We normally use LRS equipment for the communications aspect of the system, but VueText is likely to be able to be integrated with other communications systems depending on the brand. Some systems are not compatible so it's always best to ask us whether those systems work with VueText.
