The VueText systems are designed to operate very simply with other equipment. For example where customers are waiting, its simple to enter a notification to the screen to recall specific customers. And there are many options available that can also extend the use of the display much further or for other associated communications maybe to staff for example.
And if you want to use use call buttons on a table or other location then the display becomes a great way to notify staff that a customer needs service, thus improving the efficiency of staff; where tables are concerned the system can improve table turns and profitability while at the same time improving service levels. As well as integrating in to paging systems that you might already have, this display can be operated by software on a computer with the appropriate hardware that can then be used to monitor the service levels within the company and to improve levels where necessary. While the display itself connects via a UK legal frequency; you will also need a mains outlet because the screen is operated on 240 volts. The power supply is small ad unobtrusive.
The display also has an audio feature that can be enabled if required to draw attention to the message being displayed at that time, and the unit can display a number of messages that can automatically cancel after a given period if necessary. Used with staff messaging it is possible to crate a communications solution that is a low cost answer with a high value to the business. Everyone wins.
VueText comes in two sizes a small unit (345x168x32mm) and a large unit (650x168x32mm) but they both typically operate in the same way. In the case of the smaller unit the LED matrix is 64x32 and the larger unit has a 128x32 matrix. You CAN use multiple displays if necessary to cover multiple areas.
And we have available software that can collate information about the messaging if you need it. That ability in busy service areas can be very useful for example to determine wait times and also to improve internal flow of orders - you would see immediately if there are delays in the back of house area that might be improved with reorganisation of those areas.
