Service has always been important in any restaurant. But today the emphasis of enabling a super level of service separates great restaurants from other restaurants in a meaningful way. This device as shown on the left is a custom server call transmitter that can be placed on each table for table calls. We have a number of different models with varying costs depending on what a restaurant might need. When a customer needs any kind of service, they simply press the button and staff are notified to a pager. However, if staff prefer not to use pagers for this communication then our VueText LED display can show the message in any convenient area that staff attend so they can immediately offer wonderful customer service without delay.
Other advantages include increased efficiency of staff, better ambient conditions in the restaurant, increased sales of other meal 'extras' such as sweets or drinks, and even increased gratuities for staff. But most of all you will find that there will be faster table turns that can on a 50 table (200 cover) restaurant add tens of thousands of pounds per month in increased revenue that when times are harder it really makes a massive difference to the viability of any restaurant.
Our equipment is designed to operate with LRS communications equipment, but we are capable of integrating with some of our solutions in to other lesser known brands of paging; however, we don't typically offer integration in to low quality communications systems as found often on Amazon or eBay because those sort of products are both generally unreliable and operate on generally very low power that can affect the transmissions of messages.
The LED displays in VueText are of the highest quality and will last for years. And it's possible to utilise more than one display LED screen if you need it, and only a mains plug is needed for the power. Transmission is over the airwaves!
