Machinery Integration & Monitoring
While the VueText LED display system can be integrated to most machinery with our interfaces, our CaptureCall system is capable of far more, including control of devices via relays or through networking, messaging to colleagues with machine problems reports, two-way radio messages and of course data capture that can show the reality of failures for any given equipment.
The CaptureCall system was originally created to act as a communications device between staff on-site and it does that job very well. But the terminal has other optional equipment that can be controlled on the terminal to control or report various problems that sometimes occur. VueText messaging can easily be seen around the building or in areas where engineers are available so they can quickly attend to the problem.
When equipment has a problem, its usually necessary to fix the error or problem as fast as possible and to start the equipment up again. But sometimes when those problems arise it can be later in time that engineers find out about the problem. But with this technology that can (with optional equipment) notify staff anywhere on-site (or even off site UK wide) then staff will be notified exceptionally quickly.
And of course, if you have similar tasks that need immediate notification to someone then the CaptureCall and its optional interfaces is exactly what you need. In fact our systems are often purchased for multi-use solutions and that alone reduces the overall payback of the system compared to multiple incompatible competitive solutions.
CaptureCall is great for integration in to on-site hardware that you might have, but because partly it can be connected to the internet and other external devices for control, the overall controllability of other equipment is excellent and fully programmable.
One use is for safety on-site or off, with lone workers able to be monitored as one example, and also the system can integrate in to messaging through paging or other equipment such as the VueText LED screens also available from us. It is possible to install multiple screens in different locations if necessary and any monitoring options you have can be relayed to those screens if necessary, as simply as a message to a colleague on their radio or pager.
For systems that use paging we tend to use LRS equipment because of the great reliability those solutions possess, but if you have other systems on-site then please do call us and ask about compatibility. Be aware that our VueText is not compatible with cheap far east paging equipment and it's unlikely it ever would be.
